Who we are
This website, bethroseofficial.com, is run by Stress Shed LLC, a Texas limited liability company that operates the Beth Rose brand, The Liberation Portal and The Re-Anchored Method™ (“we,” “us”). Questions about your information go to hello@bethroseofficial.com.
What we collect
- Newsletter. Your email address and, if you give it, your first name, plus which page you signed up from.
- Contact form. Your name, email, the topic you choose and your message.
- Quiz. Your answers and result, and your email if you choose to get your results.
- Purchases. When you buy The Liberation Portal through Stan Store, we receive your name, email and order details. Your card details are handled by Stan Store’s payment processor. We never see or store them.
- Usage data. Basic information about how the site is used, such as pages visited, the site that referred you and your device and browser type. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits. It doesn’t tell us who you are.
We don’t ask for your Portal reflections or journal answers. Those stay in your own workbook.

We don’t sell your personal information.

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site, and they handle your information on our behalf:

- Stan Store for checkout and Portal delivery
- Telegram for the optional Portal community chat
- RSS.com for hosting the Internally Anchored™ podcast
- Netlify for website hosting and the contact form and Sanity for managing website content
- Google Analytics for visit counts
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime using the link in any email.
- Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@bethroseofficial.com.
- Block analytics cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.
How long we keep it
Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept only as long as we need them to help you. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
